At SherriEhrlich.com, we take great care in packaging and shipping original artwork and art products to ensure they arrive safely. Below is our shipping policy:

1. Processing & Handling Times

Original Artwork: Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after payment has cleared.

HomeGoods & Art Accessories: Ship within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Custom Commissions: Processing time varies; customers will be given an estimated shipping timeframe upon order confirmation.

2. Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package size, weight, and destination.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS for domestic and international orders.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

3. Packaging & Protection

Paintings & Artwork: Shipped in sturdy, protective packaging (foam-wrapped, reinforced corners, or rolled in a tube for larger canvases).

Framed Artworks: Carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged securely.

Prints & Small Items: Shipped in rigid mailers or padded envelopes to prevent damage.

4. Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping: We ship throughout the United States.

International Shipping: Available for most locations; additional customs fees may apply (see below).

5. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated Delivery Times:

U.S. Orders: 3-7 business days after shipping.

International Orders: 7-21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

6. Customs, Duties & International Shipping Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please email SherriEhrlich@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work on a resolution.

8. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy (see our Refund Policy for details).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
