At SherriEhrlich.com, we value your satisfaction and are committed to ensuring that your art experience is positive and meaningful. Because each piece is made with care—and often one of a kind—we’ve outlined our refund and return policy clearly below.
1. Original Artwork & Commissions
Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or returns for original pieces or commissioned work unless the item arrives damaged.
If your item was damaged in transit:

Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery

Include photos of the artwork and packaging

We will work with you to offer a replacement (if possible), credit, or refund
2. Prints, Products & Apparel
For fine art prints, canvas reproductions, or wearable items (such as art-inspired apparel),
we accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in original condition

Contact must be made within 7 days of delivery

Items must be returned within 14 days (shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours)
Once we receive the item in good condition, a refund or exchange will be processed.
3. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. They can be used toward any eligible item on SherriEhrlich.com.
4. Custom Orders & Made-to-Order Work
Customized and made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has begun. Please review details and confirm your request before finalizing your order.
5. Shipping Issues
If your item is delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to a shipping carrier error:
