 1. Shipping Locations
 We currently ship to:

  • United States (including all 50 states)

  • Select international destinations (please contact us for availability)

 For special delivery requests or bulk orders, please email SherriEhrlich@icloud.com before placing your order.
 2. Processing Time

  • Original artworks are typically shipped within 5–7 business days

  • Fine art prints, apparel, and made-to-order items may take 7–14 business days to process and ship depending on availability and production schedule

  • Custom or commissioned works may require additional time (details will be provided upon order

    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and based on the destination, size, and weight of your order

  • We partner with trusted carriers, including:

  • 📦 USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • 🚚 UPS, FedEx, or DHL (for larger works or international delivery)
    4. Packaging & Handling

  • All original paintings are securely packaged in protective materials to prevent damage during transit

  • Fine art prints are shipped flat or rolled, depending on size and finish

  • Apparel and smaller items are shipped in branded packaging when possible

  • Eco-friendly packaging materials are used whenever available.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
